Unable to transfer addresses?

I have been using the Tomtok app for 5 years and have enjoyed it greatly. Now having to upgrade to the new one with a yearly fee is just greed on their part. (Yes mine is free for 3 years because I own it. New owners are slapped with a corporate greed fee)

But the to upgrade and not have the new app grab my addresses from the Tomtom cloud? I would say if youre going to purchase this app -DONT. Why give this company more money in their greedy pockets when they cant even do simple things like this? Why pay a fee? Apps should not be allowed to do this.
